Walking
The Peddars way – Follow the old route of a Roman road which runs through Castle Acre, Great Massingham and links up with the Norfolk Coastal Path at Holm-next-the-sea. The Peddars way also includes circular routes closer to home, notably including the ruins of both Castle Acre Priory and Castle Acre Castle.
The coastal hopper bus is ideal for getting a lift back to your car after a long beach walk along the coast.
We also have historical walks around Colkirk and the surrounding area.
